Jonathan Schwartz details the games people play in technology IP lawsuits as it relates to the recent Apple suit over Android. A great read on the topic with some real inside perspective.

I had not read Jonathan’s blog since he left Sun and retitled it “What I couldn’t say…”. It is a compelling read, and I’m glad he’s able to provide an inside perspective on Sun after the fact. I also hope Jonathan has found some time to take a break after what I’m sure were several extremely challenging years as CEO before the Oracle buyout.
